About Martin
I been involved in the Health, Fitness, Mindset & Nutrition Performance industry for over 30 years,so I have valuable ways of getting results and valuable experience to get you the desired Results.
I have worked with Professional Athletes, and have worked at a Premiership Football club, as well as working general Populations, and people who have Diabetes type 2.
I am very Passionate about what I do and love working with Clients who are striving to be better versions of themselves.
I am a very active father and know what its like to have time restraints and importance of being healthy for a high performance lifestyle.
