About Sarah
Hi, I'm an Australian registered nurse with 8 years experience in medical, surgical, paediatric and emergency nursing. I have an arts degree, graduated with distinction from my nursing degree and have recently completed a graduate certificate in paediatrics, also with distinction. Whilst studying I worked for QUT as a language and learning advisor for international students, providing advice on assignment writing, and have dabbled in tutoring since this time. I am pursuing tutoring again now as I am taking some time off from nursing to travel with my family, and I have always wanted an opportunity to teach.
If you are looking for a tutor with both academic prowess and real world nursing experience, I would be very happy to provide it.

I can help you to work through practical or theoretical material in any subject you are studying, with a special focus on understanding your assessment and attaining high grades. I can help you with every aspect of your assignment writing, from understanding the question, right down to correct referencing. Lessons can be 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the time you have available.
I can help you to work through a clinical problem, like understanding the renin-angiotensin aldosterone cycle, or help you to map out an assignment and get started. Alternatively you can send me your assignment draft and I can read through and give detailed feedback. Lessons can be aimed at nursing students at every level of proficiency.
