About Mrinal
I am a 16 year old drummer, playing since 8 years old, and I am very passionate about drumming. For me drumming is a way to express yourself and release your true self in the art of music. The reason that I want to teach is that I know how motivating it feels when you finally nail a rhythm or groove, and I’d love to help others experience that same sense of progress.

I offer drum lessons for beginners, kids, and teens, covering all styles including rock, pop, funk, and jazz. Lessons typically last 30–60 minutes, focused on building technique, confidence, independence, tonality, and musicality in a fun and patient way. I have 8 years of drumming experience, Trinity Grade 8 with Distinction, and a year of jazz training at Birmingham Conservatoire. I’ve also performed internationally, touring Spain as a percussionist with the Lincoln County Ensemble. Lessons are tailored to each student, whether learning for fun, joining a band, or working towards graded exams across multiple boards.
