About David
Having worked and studied in the fitness industry for over 15 years I have developed a vast knowledge of most things health and fitness. I have a First Class Honours degree in Sports Science and have worked with over 700 clients from all walks of life. For me, this is more than a job, it is my passion and I can honestly say I have loved every minute of working in this industry. Even now, I am continually looking to develop as a trainer, constantly enrolling in different courses and seminars to keep myself moving forward.
My approach to exercise and nutrition is based around achieving results.
