About Hayden
I posses a first class BSc (Hons) Sport Science and Coaching from a university with a historic reputation in sports and teacher training. Through my 9 years experience of teaching physical education I have delivered consistently good and outstanding lessons, most recently in 2018 being highlighted within an Ofsted school report during a full inspection. I have fulfilled roles such as lead teacher of GCSE PE and Acting Head of Physical Education, with a focus most recently being GCSE PE (OCR) both with a practical and academic focus.

As a Lead Teacher of GCSE PE, Acting Head of Department and Head of Year 11, I have a vast array of positive experiences working with and teaching outstanding lessons to KS3 and KS4 students; in particular year 10 and 11. I have the skills and qualities to teach across all abilities, from achieving a pass to striving to gain a level 9. I pride myself in making my teaching very individualised within one-to-one and also group lessons. My teaching ability allows me to use a variety of different teaching styles and methods to provide an environment where everyone is able to demonstrate excellent progress.
