About Ciaran
I have been giving tuition for 5 + years and am also an experienced player and performer. I have formal music qualifications, including Grade 8 guitar and Grade 5 Music Theory. I play bass guitar in a local rock band.

My teaching method is very practical. Initially I concentrate on the basics of good technique, ensuring that the student is "comfortable" with the instrument. I also give a good grounding in music theory (I read both bass and treble clefs).
