About Patricia
I am Trish - a warm, patient and highly experienced primary teacher with over 30 years of classroom expertise, holding both Qualified Teacher Status and a CELTA qualification.
I have experience teaching internationally and speak Spanish. I am a dedicated educator, a parent, a caregiver, and resilient.
I have always loved teaching and love the moment when I see my students apply what I have taught them. Teaching is a fundamental part of my identity and self-esteem. It brings me joy, pride and purpose to my life.
I have an in-depth understanding of how students acquire knowledge and skills. I cater for all different types of learners. My lessons are engaging, fun and progressive.
I enjoy building up students' confidence and seeing them thrive.

Warm, patient, and highly approachable, I build confidence through structured 'teach and apply' methods tailored to how learners naturally process information.
Offering targeted lessons up to 1 hour (adapted for younger learners), I provide expert primary tuition - including phonics, reading, SATs, and 11+ prep.
For adults, I specialise in conversational English, skills tests, and IELTS and OET coaching for medical professions, with Spanish support.
