About Ian
I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and currently work as a music producer at Soho Sonic Studios. I'm educated with a first degree BA (hons) in Popular Music production. I've played in bands that have toured the country, with genres including rock, funk, acoustic pop and reggae. I have experience teaching pupils of all ages.

I approach each student individually to assess not only their ability, but their goals in music. I am happy to direct the classes based on what the student wants to learn - tackling the styles and techniques that they're interested whilst still incorporating as much theory as is necessary to build a solid foundation in guitar.
