About Lauren
Director of Sport, and Psychology Tutor, I studied BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences, majoring in Psychology. After training to teach, in my first post I lead Psychology, as Head of Department working with a variety of students, achieved outstanding OFSTED and grades and have tutored ever since. I am fascinated by Psychological research and my passion transfers into exciting and stimulating learning sessions.

I created bespoke sessions for each individual student. A typical lesson will involve recapping content, learning "how" to answer examination questions, and ensuring the student always knows where they are at with their learning and how they can improve. Sessions typically have a theme, and, if useful, I am happy to set homework tasks.
