About Biancs
I am an experienced teacher with 8 years of classroom teaching experience. Prior this I have been a TA, a mentor and a tutor. I believe that through all these experiences I have gained the expertise to get the best results from the pupils I teach. I am extremely passionate and nothing excites me more than seeing the children I teach succeed!

I look at each child's entry point and evaluate their individual skills and needs prior to doing anything else. I feel that it is extremely important to get to know the pupils I teach first and understand the styles in which they learn first. With this prior knowledge I am able to then deliver individualised and personalised teaching. My teaching style is fun and engaging and I believe that instilling confidence, giving praise and motivating your pupils brings the best results.
