About Petros
I have a Ph.D. in real estate economics from MIT and 10 years of experience as a university professor teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of real estate, and specifically real estate investment, real estate economics, real estate statistics and econometrics, and urban and regional economics. I have also 15 years of international experience with leading real estate consulting companies in the United States and the UK.

I have 10 years of experience as a university professor teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of real estate, and specifically real estate investment, real estate economics, real estate statistics and econometrics, and urban and regional economics. I love teaching and helping students gain a deep, spherical and comprehensive understanding of all key concepts, theories and analytical methods in real estate investment, real estate economics, real market research, and real estate econometrics and statistics.
I am honest, flexible, good listener, trying to understand the student's knowledge deficiencies, and always striving to explain complex concepts and formulas using examples and the simplest language possible. I can help not only college and university students, but also professionals that want to enter the real estate sector or are already in the real estate industry, but did not have formal academic education in real estate. My sessions last typically one hour but there is possibility for longer sessions.
