About Toni-Lee
Think of a scientist. Who comes to mind? Albert Einstein? Charles Darwin? Isaac Newton?
The truth is, scientists don't have to fit one image - and neither do successful science students.
I'm a secondary school science teacher who is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve the grades they're aiming for. For too long, science and STEM subjects have seemed out of reach for many people, but I believe that with the right support, anyone can make real progress.
My aim is to help students understand why science works, not just memorise facts. Once concepts start to click, science becomes far less intimidating - and much more enjoyable.
There's nothing better than seeing that "eureka!" moment when a difficult topic finally makes sense. Helping students reach that point is why I love teaching, and I'd love to help you reach your goals too.

I pride myself on making nonsense make sense and using visuals to make the unseen seen!
I will not spend the whole hour session talking at you; it will feel more like a dialogue between an expert and an apprentice.
PGCE and QTS qualified, I have been teaching students aged 11-16 for 4+ years.
Typically, I will show you how to do it, then we will do it together, and once you can prove you can, you will independently show me your mastery over the topic.
