About Olga
Welcome to your Spanish learning journey! I am Olga and I am your Spanish teacher. I am from Bogota, Colombia. I studied foreign languages with a concentration in Spanish at the University of Montevallo, AL. I also have a master's degree in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I have taught Spanish in High School and College both face to face and online classes. My goals as a Spanish tutor are to help us achieve your language goals, improve them, perfect them, and bring them to life. In my classes you will have fun while learning and you will stay motivated to continue until the end of each level.

Start the class with a warm-up or review conversation about the previous class, which includes reviewing the assignments or possible activities that were given during the previous class. I give my students the objective of the class. Then, I give them an introduction about the new topic, exercises, examples. During the class it is important to develop oral, written, reading and listening activities, through which comprehension will be analyzed. We finish the class by answering some questions about the new topic, looking for key words and explaining new activities to do outside of class.
