I am a passionate and dedicated Spanish teacher with a strong background in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. I hold postgraduate qualifications in both general teaching and the teaching of Spanish. I love teaching because I am genuinely passionate about Spanish. I take a student-centred approach to tutoring, tailoring each lesson to the learner's needs and goals. My methodology focuses on practising the target language in a real setting. Thus, students can build both accuracy and confidence in real communication. My lessons are suitable for all levels and ages: from beginners learning Spanish for the first time to adults who want to improve their conversation skills. A typical lesson lasts 30 minutes, though I can adapt this depending on the student’s preferences and focus. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, which have given me a strong foundation in language pedagogy. I also have experience teaching GCSE Spanish students, with proven success in boosting accuracy and performance. In terms of rates and times: a 30 minute class is 15£. A 1 hour class would be 25£.
