About Ryan
I currently work as a Business Intelligence Team Lead for Intertape Polymer Group in Sarasota FL.
My role at Intertape (IPG) requires a deep understanding of SQL, business processes and a working knowledge of report writing tools such as Tableau, WebFOCUS and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). I am also a project manager on a number of capital projects including one to update our legacy Business Intelligence platform.

Some of the positions I held while earning my degree include: an academic instructor, IT department head, network engineer, solutions architect and business intelligence developer. I have built networks (virtual and physical), designed websites, written C# and VB.net applications and taught certification tracks.
I understand that learning is an ongoing process. In order to survive in the business world and to remain competitive in today's job market you must keep honing your skills and adding to your knowledge portfolio to build your personal brand.
