About Guilherme
I am passionate about the sea and water sports. Former Swimming and Water Polo athlete, scuba diving, snorkeling, kite surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, yoga and bio-gymnastics.
I've been passionate about teaching surf, yoga, kitesurfing and snorkelling for many years. I develop this activity out of pure passion, in parallel with my professional activities (geologist).
My main intention is to show people a special way of living life, using the evolution in surfing as a tool for the balance between physical and mental health.

About the lesson

Classes always start with a warm-up in the sand inspired by yoga asanas, bio-gymnastic movements and simulations of surfing on the ground.
Then, an entry and exit strategy is created, wave reading and techniques are explained according to the level and experience of each one.
