About Ilze
Hi! My name is Ilze, and I am a qualified teacher from South Africa with experience teaching learners in Grades 4 to 7. I have a strong background in Mathematics, Afrikaans, and English, but I also enjoy helping learners with other subjects and general homework support.
I am passionate about teaching because I love seeing learners grow in confidence and start believing in themselves. In my experience, every child learns differently, and I always try to adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s pace and needs. I focus on creating a calm, supportive space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My goal is not only to help learners improve their marks, but also to help them truly understand their work and enjoy learning again.
