Throughout my English Literature degree, I have enjoyed tutoring students to help those who may not have enjoyed the subject before to find something they like about it. Through a variety of exercises and discussions, I aim to help students understand texts in depth and help them engage with analytical questions in accordance with exam mark schemes.
I have over two years of experience online tutoring students both at GCSE and A Level for English Literature and Language.
My lesssons focus on a specific text or extract with exercises and questions designed to draw out comparisons, structural and linguistic techniques, as well as commentaries students may have.
A typical lesson will last an hour, however this can be accomodated for different students' needs and schedules.
