About Katey
I am an award-winning artist who has showcased work all over the world, including in London, Paris, New York City, and Prague. My passion for art started at a young age and continued to grow. Now I would love to use my knowledge and skillset to help student artists unlock their full potential!
I love telling stories and I do that through my art. Each color, shape, and texture come together to speak the narrative and it is important to fine-tune that so your voice can truly be heard.
I attended RMU where I studied Media Arts. While I was there, I spent my time learning as much as possible! This allowed me to travel to Prague, Czech Republic in 2017 and Northern Italy in 2018 to study art. I also was a NANPA Scholar in 2019 which allowed me to travel to Las Vegas and film a wildlife conservation documentary!
