About MICHAEL
I am a licensed Airline Transport Pilot with many years of experiance. I have been teaching flying for 40 years and many of my students have become airline pilots. My Instructors and I make learning to fly fun. We have a Ideal place to learn aviation in the beautiful 1000 islands on the St Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. We operate the best known aircraft trainers, Cessna 172's and Piper cubs. We can train from a student to Commercial instrument pilot.

We like to get the student in the aircraft and start the flying part of the training within the 1st hour, thats the fun part. A lot of schools will have a student sit for hours in a class room before they see the inside of an airplane. Or the instructors will do all the flying for the 1st couple of hours. We believe in total emmersion. The student's 1st flight he Start engine,Taxi and take off all with a instructor beside the student.
