I blend my expertise of kinesiology with baseball to improve balance, vision, coordination, and overall athleticism.
Played baseball for 19 years and decided to immediately get into coaching.
Started with 13U baseball, worked up to coach high school travel ball and at the college level.

I like to start with a free 1 hour consultation and use the time to evaluate movement and baseball skills. In the same session, we will sit down and talk through a plan of action that I think will help the student best.
7 years old up to college aged athletes.
Ask as a lot of questions! When hiring, make sure you that you feel really good about the teacher, being someone who will make the lesson all about you.
Anytime I'm at an MLB stadium it's special. So far in 2022 I've been to Kaufman, played catch in the OF at Texas Rangers, and saw my favorite team (Dodgers) at Busch.

Coach Mo is very creative and loves to teach. He is very engaged during our lessons and often competes with my son to make practice more competitive.
He’s kind as well as knowledgeable. Using a science based approach to improve me.
Coach Mojica provides excellent training for all levels of athletes! He specializes in pitching and weight/conditioning training, but is well versed in all aspects of baseball.
So Erick Mojica is one of the most intelligent Trainers I’ve ever worked with. We would discuss a lot about movement which got me to open my eyes in the way I train. With his knowledge I was able to take more out of my movement training which easily translated into my on field performance giving me one of my most productive starts in a season.
