About Kayla
I am a junior at Grand Valley State University. I went into athletic training as my major. I took numerous courses in dieting/nutrition/first-aid and CPR. I later found out thag this career wasn’t for me but teaching to students was more up my alley. I decided to give my knowledge and teaching efforts a try and try teaching what I know to students (which will also help me with my future teaching career). I want to pass on knowledge to students who just want basic experience and knowledge in a healthy life
