The progression on the instrument never ends. There is always something to improve on.
My friend who teaches regularly gave me the idea to start teaching lessons. Teaching hits home because of how much music has had a positive influence on my life.
I have performed all across the state of Wisconsin, including at places like Summerfest, Jazz Estate, and St Kates just to name a few places. One of my proudest moments was able to go on a 2-week west coast tour.
I have participated in University-Wisconsin- Milwaukee music programs for over 5 years and went to Concordia University and Birch Creek Music Performance Center to study music.

The first thing I look to find in a student is what they are looking to achieve. Then I look to get to know the student, what is their interests, their influences, and background on the instrument.
I have typically worked with students ranging from the age of 17-25 but willing to work with any and all students.
Make sure your teacher meets and exceeds the needs that you are looking for on your instrument.
I met and saw my teacher play for the first time ever since Covid began. I took online lessons and have never met in person. One of my biggest influences in music and seeing him play live was such a surreal experiment.
