Mark was always professional. Each lesson was directed at specific, well defined goals. Mark wrote up a summary of each lesson and I had the notes to refer to whenever I needed them. I still have them now, three years later and still refer to them. Also, I could email Mark at any time with an issue and he would always address it fully and in a timely manner. I hadn't bowled in 15 years. I met Mark at the Plano Bowling center. First, we sat down to talk about equipment such as bowling balls, shoes and a lot more. I was amazed at how much had changed about the sport. Mark is easy to communicate with. My old 45-year-old Classic bowling ball was immediately retired. We discussed the latest technology in new bowling balls. I was amazed by how much has changed. In any event, Mark got me started in the right direction immediately. With Mark, there's no need starting out with the usual trial and error system. He will get up and running sooner rather than later. Mark recommended I join a bowling league which I did. I just got in to bowling about 7-8 weeks ago and wanted to better my game, Mark was able to show me rather than tell me what i was doing wrong and gave me some good tips and ideas to better understand my approach and timing.
