About Leo
Hello! I am Leo Chaudhary-Kim. I have been playing cello for 13 years; it is my favorite artistic pursuit.
I have been the associate principal cellist of the Colburn Sinfonietta, the concertmaster of the National Cello Institute concertmaster, and I have extensive experience with chamber music.
I believe that solid fundamentals are necessary to excel at cello. My teaching uses the Suzuki method to build strong coordination and muscle memory as the student progresses. Inspired by my first cello teacher Rick Mooney, I teach systematically so that each piece ends up sounding great.
