About Kami
I am a Biomedical Undergraduate at Arkansas Tech University and I also play collegiate tennis here, I am currently a senior about to graduate!
I have been on the dean's list every year and in 2019 I received the Elite Scholar Athlete Award for the athlete with the highest cumulative GPA competing in our conference tournament.
I have made A's in both General Chemistries, Organic Chem 1+2, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, College Algebra, Biochemistry 1+2, Physiology, and I am on the path for an A in both genetics and applied pathophysiology currently. The only classes I had B's in college were physics and anatomy. I can still help in physics and anatomy, but, I am definitely better at the subjects I received A's in.
Also - one of my highest acheivements is I made a 100% on an organic 2 test - and out of anything I've accomplished I'm most proud of this one lol.
I love to teach and I would give 100% into this tutoring job! I can also give advice on applying to graduate schools, medical school, etc. Plus if you just want to have a conversation and talk I am also here for that as well! With the current pandemic occuring it is important to have some type of social interaction and I'm game!
I had a community internship last semester in which I taught high school kids in ESL classes science material. It was very rewarding!

This depends on how much time this student requires - for example if it's just a one time tutor about a subject we will get straight to it.
If it is a more long-term tutoring process we will get to know one another, set up times of the week that we are both available, and get into the subject matter as quick as possible.
I have worked with typical college students, ESL students, and students who only can speak spanish.
