About Carole
Crochet has given me a great way to have a portable way to create no matter where I go. Yarn is beautiful, sustainable and a pleasing to work with. I started crocheting to create gifts for others and learned to create functional items as well as art using textiles. I also paint and recently received a Certificate from Milan Art Institute's Mastery Program.
I feel that is important to empower people to create. It gives one a sense of accomplishment to see yarn or string turn into an object. Patience and learning is involved with every project and I know that ones energy is shared in the process.
Started teaching classes for the Girl Scouts.
The education related to this type of work is in the art field. Specifically The Antonelli School of Art in Philadelphia. I encourage people to create their own style and explore texture, color, and unique forms.

I teach in a comfortable second floor studio with parking in Manchester Missouri. A one hour class will give enough information to take home a project to work on.
Mostly school age girls.
Just to look for a small class where you can get individual attention.
Volunteering for the Magic Yarn Project. Where a team of us crocheted hats and made wigs for children with cancer.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
To ask them if they can work with people that are right and left handed.
