About Sofía
I help women connect with their bodies and release all the negative emotions through movement. In each EMBODIMENT session I guide you through powerful meditations and dance movements that help you awaken your feminine energy and feel confident of who you are.
I have my own methodology and its objective is to help you reconnect to your power and live a more joyful and exciting life.
You will:
- Recognize your beauty and potential
- Release emotions such as stress and anxiety
- Enjoy your body and fill it with love
- Connect with your wisdom to make better decisions
- Raise your self-esteem

The sessions with Sofi helped me gain confidence in myself again and taught me that I can dance freely and that magic is inside me. I felt empowered, free and loved by myself. Do this for yourself and your body and soul will forever be grateful!
I learned that self-love is a daily habit and I was very happy to have done the course with Sofi. She gave me tools to be applied in all my life. Thank you very very much
You have given me all the confidence I had been lacking for years, women with low self steem can trascend all of this and awaken their highest self. Thank you so much!
