Miss Lisa is so caring and supportive of my daughter. She works very hard to accommodate our schedule and she has helped my daughter through multiple road blocks in her dance routines and emotional responses.From the time my daughter was a beginning dancer, Miss Lisa has seen her strengths and weaknesses and helped her to grow as a dancer. Sometimes she tells her things she doesn't want to hear, but she does it in a way that my daughter comes out stronger and better. She has been a great listener and is very collaborative in helping my daughter with her solos. She is constantly concerned about teaching my daughter to dance with correct technique and I've watched her give the tiniest correction that made a world of difference in the dance. One thing I greatly appreciate about Miss Lisa is that she is aware of her own strengths and weaknesses and is not afraid to own them. She is supportive of my daughter's work with all her teachers. And she has suggested multiple outside opportunities for dance experience.
