About Gigi
I teach in a group format. LaBlast dance fitness is about dances you see in Dancing With The Stars except no partner needed. Salsa, chacha, samba, disco, lindy hop, Vienesse waltz, tango, paso doble, etc. LaBlast uses different music of era & artists.I tailor the dance with my students according to the level/experience or/and heart rate students want to achieve and i can do a combo of low/ high HR.
I love that I'm working out at the same time i'm having a blast dancing which i'm passionate about. I enjoy being able to help students enjoy music and express themselves and individuality thru dance.
I was awarded by Louie Van Amstel, Founder of LaBlast as "The Most Expressive( erotic, wink wink🤣☺) LaBlast Instructor in 2016.
I am LaBlast Fitness Dance Certified in 2015 by Louie Van Amstel, the professional dancer who appeared in Dancing With The Stars and the founder of LaBlast.
