About Lela
A little About Us, There have been many pole dance fitness studios that have opened since we began which is why we pride ourselves in being the original, the most exclusive, the absolute best. Our affiliate dance and yoga studios also tends to strive for the absolute best. We work hard to build neighborhood connections and bring students of all backgrounds together with this common bond. We have a sophisticated and fair scheduling system that put the needs of each client first. Your time is valuable, and we will make ourselves available. Whether its 1 student or a wait listed group, we have a space for you. We take the art of Pole and Aerial fitness very seriously. You will not learn the more difficult tricks or spins if you don't hone down the strength in the expansion classes. Class packages include all classes, no excuse not to try them all. Your natural sensuality exists whether we explore it or not during a class. We encourage sensual dance and repetitious training in Pole Fitness classes weekly. We offer a community of fun activities, events, and opportunities for growth with in our school You don't have to attend classes with us but Please train smart wherever you go.

Holly Woods train her instructors to identify the learning pattern of each student they host in class. No one learns by watching, even if you have a do-it-yourself mentality. You must learn to attempt vigorously each move tenaciously until its perfected on both sides of your body to gain the value of your instructors teachings. It's almost insulting to expect anything less. We offer job placement into our Teachers Training Program and 78 Performance troop. We value the separation of the industries, it ensures our clients they will receive a hard core fitness class as directed from assessment. We also heavily embrace the Exotic entertainment industry in a supportive manner and environment.
