About Rosemary T
Have you always wanted to dance, yet were afraid to take the first step? This is a perfect class for you! Explore modern dance techniques, yoga postures, creative expression, improvisation, and choreography in a non-competitive setting. Have fun tapping into your full movement potential while increasing body awareness, flexibility, and strength.
For 35 years, the goal of Moving Spirit and Creative Kids Yoga® has been to make both disciplines of yoga and dance easy, fun and accessible to everyone of all ages and abilities. We create a community, at Open Space Yoga in Nashua, NH, where participants have fun growing and learning. We “move our bodies to grow our brains!” Our classes and workshops complement wellness and mindful practices which emphasize the whole person and aim to connect the body and the mind. Participants come away with a tool box of postures and movements to implement in their day to day living.
