About Christina
I've always had a passion for teaching and decided to combine it with my passion of ballet my first year of college.
I have been dancing ballet since I was 5 years old and also have years of experience in pointe, modern, jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. I have attended summer intensives such as Chautauqua, Charlotte Ballet, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. I also moved away from home to further my dance training at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet my senior year of high school. At this moment, I am on my second year of college and I am training at Butler University where I am a dance major. This program has allowed me to further develop my dance and teaching skills with the academics it offers and the classes from dance professors.

Working with a new student, my process consists of getting to know the student and finding out how much experience they have had with dance. After this, I have a better understanding of how much they can handle and will give them a beneficial class that will challenge and help them learn new things.
