About Alisha
This dance program helps individuals develop mindfulness and emotional stability.
Meeting new people and teaching them to release, dance, and enjoy dance movement in a safe space.
I am a self-taught dancer, who started teaching back in 2014 as a beginner hip hop dance teacher for adults.
I opened myself to children and senior citizens after I completed my graduate studies.
I am a professional choreographer/dance instructor, who has experience teaching at dance studios and social institutions such as: schools, group homes, and community centers.
