Independent Ballroom dance instructor-competitive dancer. I have 20 years of experience as a cometetive Latin dancer and 10 years of teaching experience. There is so much benefits from dancing! In the past 10 years of teaching people of different age, level and background I've seen how dancing change life of so many. Not only it's a great great cardio and helping people stay in shape but also dance gives you a great mental health , fun social life, makes you feel beautiful and happy!
