About Ekaterina
Welcome to the wonderful world of ballroom dancing!
Whether you are a beginner, amateur, professional dancer or just someone who’d love to try it - all ages and levels are welcome. My approach is customizable to your needs. Wedding dances, casual social dancing, competitive dancing, kids classes, solo ladies Latin, salsa dancing, special show dances and much more - I’m here to guide you through the whole journey.
Following my parents’ footsteps, I started teaching at the age of 16. My teaching experience includes coaching, instructing, choreographing and directing performances in 6 countries. In my professional dance career I became a UK and US Rising Star Professional Ballroom champion. I also have a bachelor’s degree from The Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.
I’ll be happy to help you with any dance goal you have in mind. No partner is required!
It’s possible for me to come to you, if you prefer to take classes in the privacy of your own home/country club/gym, etc.
Thank you and let’s start having fun!

I have had lessons from Katya for years. The lessons have always not only been fun and engaging, but also knowledgeable! She is able to explain why you do something in a dance so it makes sense as to why you do something, instead of just telling you to do things because that is how it is done. This not only helps with retention but also with technique and better outcomes long-term. I would recommend her to beginners as well as experienced dancers alike!
