We offer a completely private setting for personal training. Our facility focuses on proper form and education of techniques and provide a personalized approach to reach your indiavidual goals.
Physical activity has always been one of my favorite things. Capoeira requires you to be in top condition. So naturally, educating myself on physical fitness and exercise was the next step. Personal training gives me the satisfaction of helping people achieve their goals. Whether it be, losing weight or being in top form.
We have trainers with decades of experience and multiple certifications in physical fitness, personal training, martial arts, movement, dance, and more.

We offer a free 1 hour consultation. For the first 30 minutes, we discuss goals, injuries, limitation, diet, and previous physical activity. During this consult we hope to learn as much as we can about our clients as well as explain our approach. For the final 30 minutes we will do a sample workout to show our clients what they can expect moving forward.
During our early training sesions (first 2-4 weeks) we go through an educational period, focusing on form and function. We want to ensure proper technique to prevent injury as well as a real understanding of what is happening. After this education process, we develop a personalized plan for each client.
