About Steve
As a teacher, I have won the Illinois State ASTA (American String Teachers Association) Private Studio Teacher of the Year award.
Several of my former students now play professionally, including in the Chicago Symphony and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
I am well-versed in classical, jazz, folk, and ethnic styles.
Additionally, I sell, rent, and repair basses.
