About Keith
I only work one on one. My attention is solely on teaching my student the skills necessary for them to attain their sculpting goals.
As a third generation artist, I am passionate and knowledgable about art in general, but also about learning and teaching, and appreciating sculptures and deriving meaning and feeling from them.
In addition, my college degree is in Sculpture (UIC'83) and my graduate degree is in Conceptual Art (UCSD '93).

About the lesson

Talk with the student about their interest in art and goals for their work, and which particular artists they admire. We then create a plan for the student of creating a sequence of increasingly complex works. At the completion of each piece, we will Critique the work, sometimes inviting additional artists to join us for the students benefit, as well.
