About Dave
I am a lifelong Fine Artist who enjoys sharing my artistic skills and knowledge to help other Artists develop their talent!
Whether you desire to learn more about painting in watercolor, oils, acrylics, or other mediums, I am happy to guide you.
With experience in mural paintings, portraits, landscapes, seascapes, drawing, and more, including as a commissioned artist, as well as a teacher, I look forward to working together.
I first began teaching as a tutor at a middle school, while I was a college student. After graduating from college, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica, where I taught in various capacities, including small business training, art, and English, to a wide variety of ages. Since then, I have continued tutoring, as well as leading art classes, while also working professionally in accounting and finance.
While my formal education is in Accounting and Spanish, I have been creating art since I was a toddler, as I am an Artist at heart. Professionally, I have painted numerous commissioned pieces for many years, both public and private.
