About Ed
Hello potential students, i havebeen teaching art for about 10 years, my teaching style is easy- going, friendly, positive supportive. I have been an artist all of my life and am self- taught. Oil painting is my main medium though I also teach acrylics, pastels, coloured pencils, water colour, drawing in pencil and charcoal. I teach realism. I do my best to tailor subject matter to what the student wishes to learn and proceed at the student's pace. I teach in my studio, which is part of a facility where there are other excellent artists who are willing to share about their art. We also host professional artists who demonstrate their working process in a quarterly event we call the Artists Salon ( on hold during covid) . You are welcome to visit our gallery to meet me and the other artists, some of whom are nationally known, and get inspired by the excellent art work. I am not always at the studio, so please text me at (concealed information), to set an appointment, thank you. I hope we'r cam work together to help you reach you're artistic goals. Enjoy your day.
