About Noé
I have been a practicing artist for over twenty years. I have a BFA in studio art from the University of Arizona, and I'm currently working on my doctoral dissertation at Arizona State University in art and architectural history and theory. I have exhibited at art museums and galleries in the United States. From 2004 to 2005, I was a studio apprentice to an artist known in the United States, Europe and South America who taught me classical painting and drawing, as well as more experimental techniques.

I would probably like to sit down over coffee and get a sense of what the student would like to focus on learning, and to get a sense of the kind of art and/or academic research that they've worked on. I want to get a sense of what you want to learn, and then show you some of what I know from my own experience and we can go from there.
I feel comfortable working with a lot of different kinds of students. I taught art and art history at community college at one time, and I have also been a teacher for students with disabilities, including female veterans with PTSD, and troubled teens. I enjoy working with anyone and everyone.
