About Louis
I have been teaching art in the Madison School District for the past twenty years. I enjoy teaching and coming up with creative projects that motivate,inspire, and challenge my students to create amazing art.
I truly enjoy seeing my students improve their art skills over time.
I always had a passion for working with children and teaching them my favorite hobby, art.
I went to the University of Wisconsin and earned a degree in Art education. I have been creating art for over 40 years, and teaching for about 25 years.

I like to teach my students the basics if needed, and we build their skills from there.
I have worked with students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. I feel that art is good for expanding your creativity and relaxing your mind.
Look for a teacher that will be interested in teaching you the type of art that you are interested in doing!
I'm found of the peaceful protest in human rights and environmental issues that are going on in the world today.
