He has taught me to first connect with my Source, my Creator, and then look upon what I want to paint within this world. He has taught me that if I let go and drop that connection to my Source while painting then I must stop and reconnect before continuing on. He has taught me that my ability to paint depends upon that connection. This has meant everything to me as an artist. He has taught me how to make that connection by his being connected. His art shows that connection and his interactions with me teach me what being connected to Source looks like and feels like. He has a wonderful knowledge of the basics of painting which he imparts to me but he goes beyond those basics. That is where his amazing talents shine. In viewing mica's artwork I'm reminded of the spiritual awakening. As I Ascend into the universal experience of Oneness as he points out the imagery in his paintings I think this experience is the most important aspect of our age as its shifts us from the human ego world to a peek at the end of our journey here as spiritual beings.

his lecture took me into the right side of my brain and I perceived the unifying field of energy that was source for all the forms. Micah is a wonderful artist and a very inspiring one. He taught technique and also how to see movement and energy and color in ways I hadn't learned before. I enjoyed myself and felt motivated to paint. He particularly helped me with how to begin a painting, which I had been having trouble with.
