About Polly
Hello, My name is Polly and I am a lifelong artist with many years of design training. My parents are both artists and my mother was a children's librarian so I have been raised to care for children and love art. I began my formal training in art classes at 8 years old and continued into high school at Booker T. Washington HS for the Performing and Visual arts. I want nothing more than to encourage the emerging artists of this world to follow their passion and fine-tune their skills. If you are interested in my services I hope you will reach out so we can begin getting you or your child headed in the direction you are destined for
I believe art is a fundamental form of communication. In the time I have been fortunate enough to follow my passion I have gained not only a look into myself but also a fuller understanding of the world around me. Visual art also helps me to feel relaxed when I need that most. When granted the opportunity I enjoy helping others find peace and outlets that will grow over their lifetime.

What an individual student needs is foremost important but can vary wildly between each person. I begin by sitting down with the student and looking at their past work to discuss where they wish to improve.
We can then warm-up and begin experimenting in those or similar areas to practice the fundamentals that build our skills.
