About Melinda
I’ve been a freelance artist for 23 years and do anything from faux finishes, murals, gilding, commission paintings and teaching. It gives me great joy to watch others learn from my knowledge and my classes always outdo themselves and leave with a special bond between themselves and me.!
I had a lot of requests from clients and friends
I have a Bachelor of Art degree, managed an art gallery for an independent artist for 12 years and I’ve been self employed as an artist for 23 years. Teaching at numerous venues .

I send out a basic questionnaire and itinerary a few weeks before class
Ive worked with teenagers to senior adults. I’ve worked with people with no experience at all to some that are quite seasoned.
Come ready to learn and have a lot of fun! Don’t doubt yourself and exercise the practices I teach
I participated in Art Prize in Grand Rapids Michigan 2 years ago. It’s the largest art show in the world and is absolutely AMAZING!
