About JOSIE
Josie has an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute.
She currentley teaches at UC Extension and for 40 years has taught adult eduation, and community college.
She has her owm mural & decorative painting business,

I began Community College in 1979, after receiving my MFA. in 1972.
MFA & BFA fron the San Francisco Art Institute.
A lifetime Community College degreee, and 40 year experience at Adult Education in Marin. Presently teach at UC Extension for Interior design.

We start with basic underpainting in acrylic or oil.
Then develope layers with glazing. I work with students to develope their owmn style and how to create finished work.
For travel Sketchihng with watercolor & watercolor pencil and pen, we start with watercolor basics and drawing skill to combine to draw and paint for travel sketching. Sundays in Sausalito- 12-2
Adults & teens.
