About Yujin

I first started teaching through volunteering at a senior center in Illinois. The seniors here had difficulty in memory and hand-coordination from Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's Disease. I enjoyed interacting with each individual/ student and encourage them to take one step at a time. The next big experience was when I started teaching as a graduate teaching assistant at Pennsylvania State University. I had had both horrible teachers and very empowering teachers in my life. And I wanted to grow as an empowering teacher to other individuals who wants to have good learning experiences.
At Pennsylvania State University: Received Teaching Certificate in Fall 2019
