About Ian
Hi! My name is Ian Robles and I am a gigging jazz and rock drummer currently studying Jazz drums and percussion at San Diego Mesa College. I have been playing drums for about six years now and am extremely passionate about not only playing the drums but sharing my knowledge to those interested in learning. I am extremely well versed in different styles so I am able to teach different techniques, grooves, composing drum parts, and so on and so forth. From my experience I know what works and what doesn’t, but I’m still able to keep learning entertaining and not feel like busy work.
