I went to Musical Education School in Brazil and moved to LA in 2017 to study at the Musicians Institute, where I got my degree in drums.
Besides that, I started teaching drums in 2003. Ever since, more than 250 students were instructed by me, from kids to adults, girls and boys!
As a performer, for 12 years I was a member of Hibria, one of the biggest names of Heavy Metal in Brazil. With them I toured the world several times and performed alongside some of the most influencial Rock/Metal bands in the world, such as Metallica, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Megadeth, Judas Priest, among others.
In 2018, I toured the US with the legendary Voice of Rock, Glenn Hughes.
Also, I work as a session musician in a studio in North Hollywood, called RiotVan Productions.

I like to start with a conversation with the student, to understand his/hers goals, musical preferences, influences and level of commitment. Not everybody wants to learn how to play an instrument to become a world class musician. Sometimes it's just for the fun!
Based on the conversation, I'll plan a lesson for each student, meeting the desired expectations.

Details
When the student come to the studio or choose online lessons, the price is $50 for 50 minutes.
When I have to travel to the student, the price is the same plus the travel fee, which depends on the distance.
